Founders and CEO of AGILEMONDO is Jesper Moller a 45 year old Danish experienced and skilled professional with +10 Years in Business Unit Management, Distributed IT/ Project Management | Leadership | Client Relations | Cultural and City Development and Change Management.
Jesper has worked in Ukraine for several years with large entreprise IT companies as their client partner and client service manager and he has been a project and program manager as well as Product Owner for startups and other companies.
Jesper has a Master of Arts in Modern Culture and Cultural Communication from the Humanistic Facultry at Copenhagen University, has a IPMA International Project Management Diploma and is Certified SAFe 4.5. Agilist and SCRUM Product Owner.

I lead by example, with motivation, and put great emphasis in developing my team and individual team members to help them reach their highest potential. I posess strong interpersonal and intercultural skills from working with different cultures for years and good knowledge about HR processes, tools and PDPs.

In most jobs I have worked with new business development and maximizing business inside the company. I’m always looking out for new opportunities and am not afraid to take responsibility or of needed strategic changes to reach new business goals. In Digital I have great interest in areas such as UX, Cloud, Blockchain, AR/VR, IoT, AI, Machine Learning and Robotics.
Client Relations
For several years I have been working with high level stakeholders in big international companies. Being problem cruncher and client’s escalation point commercially and operationally. Building trust, strong and lasting client relations, business development and strategies for sales.
Project Management
Throughout my career I have been leading large and complex projects with many stakeholders. With a project management degree (PMI), as Certified SCRUM Product Owner, and used to work with SAFe Framework and PI plannings. I work with high sense of urgency, tactics, high drive and am able to manage and complete large projects, lead people and manage budgetsl. A former stakeholder called me a “problem cruncher”. In my opinion what a great project manager should be.
Change Management
In many jobs I have had I have had a chance be part of larger transformations and change management both internally in the organization and together with global companies merging as their trusted Client Partner. I’m strategic, tactical, have diplomatic and political acumen and ready to engage in this often unclear and challenging aspects of business.
