I was Project Manager at the Wadden Sea Festival when Jesper Moller started as a Project Coordinator in August 2009. Few month’s later as planned I retired from the position and Jesper took over as key responsible for the festival: conceptualising, funding, planning, managing and evaluating the festival. This included Press and Media management as well as Steering Committee. I stayed on as an external advisor and helped Jesper and some of the projects on the way.
Waden Sea Festival 2010 became a great cultural festival presenting new forms of artistic expression in the areas of literature, music, performing arts and cross-cultural expression with focus on innovative contemporary art in interaction with the Wadden Sea area’s nature and cultural history. The festival got great media coverage and had participants from several countries including Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Israel and more.
Jesper is a very motivated and skillful professional, a quick learner, and a leader who can visualise, motivate, communicate and drive a complex and multifaceted vision. Jesper works methodically, is analytical, has high stamina and persistence, and he knows how to overcome challenges and remove impediments for the cultural leaders so they can deliver their best projects. Apart from this Jesper has a good tactical sense, he is good at building strong relations with stakeholders and can lead, and collaborate cross cultural teams. As a professional Jesper puts himself on the line to and do his utmost to deliver great results while balancing the fine line between many stakeholders internally and externally.
I here-by give my warm recommendations to Jesper Moller.
Best regards
