“I really liked the Webinar because of how relevant the subject is for me personally, because of how well structured it was, and because it included examples from real life and not just dry theory.
It also triggered me to think further, think about other kinds of cultural differences – like those between generations or between people of different professions.The most important thing I’ve learned from it is to be aware (via prior research etc) and to pay attention to the cultural differences in communication that I might have missed previously.
And it gave me some tools to do such research (for example, check the country on “Halls classification” scale before engaging in conversations with representatives of said country for the first time).”
